Like every successful business, money changes hands. Payment in full is expected before we begin your first Coaching Session. This transaction can be done electronically or you can mail your check to: Osorio Group, 711 Medford Center #260, Medford, OR, 97504.

Pay NowCoaching Fees
All coaching fees are due prior to the start of each month. You may decide to cease our sessions at any time, for any reason whatsoever. All requests to cease our coaching relationship must be made in writing (email or letter). There will be no refunds for sessions already completed. You will receive a refund equal to the percent of unused sessions. For example, if our agreement is for three sessions per month and we stop after one session, you will receive a refund of 2/3 of your payment.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of our receipt of the written request, and the refund will be in the form received (credit or check). This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the written request.
